The sit-down followed a medley of songs which included “Monster,” “Bad Romance” and “Speechless.” You can see that performance after the jump.

Beyonce and Jay-Z

and Jay-Z have topped a poll of Hollywood’s highest-earning couples compiled by Forbes.com, with combined earnings of $122 million between June 2008 and June 2009.

The singer and her hip-hop mogul husband amassed the massive sum through their music, movies, fragrances and endorsement deals with brands including Budweiser and American Express.

Their earnings were almost double that of runners-up and Calista Flockhart, whose $69 million was largely based on Harrison’s $65 million Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull paycheck. (That amount still put them $14 million above third-placed Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.)

Gene Simmons of KISSThe legendary rockers of surprisingly don’t adhere to a commonly used phrase in their industry.

“Even the phrase ‘sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll’ what a losers phrase that is! Why isn’t it just sex and rock ‘n’ roll? How did drugs become cool?” bass player said. “You can’t win a marathon high, you just can’t. Don’t get me started.”

Gene - who claims to have slept with nearly 5,000 women - and singer/guitarist Paul Stanley are the only original members left in the band, who had their heyday in the 70s.

Drummer Peter Criss and guitarist Ace Frehley joined the group for a 1996 reunion but Gene and Paul realized they had still had the problems which originally caused the breakdown of KISS in the 80s. “There’s magic in people seeing the original line-up, but from there it was really downhill,” Paul said.

Gene, 60, added to The Sun newspaper: “If you listened to it objectively, it grew old pretty quickly. All of the bull-s**t we had to go through with the drugs and booze and lack of self esteem that Ace and Peter had just sucked the life out of us. It’s been a thorn in my side for a long time.”

Wham!

Oh, say it isn’t so-so!

insists there will never be a reunion for Wham. The 46-year-old singer, who made his name in the pop band alongside Andrew Ridgeley in the 80s, claimed it would be impossible to recapture the feel of the group 20 years later.

“Wham! was about being young and exuberant and you can’t recreate that feeling at a certain age,” Michael said. “Andrew Ridgeley and I are still good friends but I’m afraid we’ll never get back together. We both agree on that.”
